Fracture of lateral end of the right clavicle and right brachial artery injury.
Complete paralysis of the right upper limb.

Nerve grafting from the ruptured C5 nerve stump to the median nerve (C678T1 roots found avulsed from the spinal cord), nerve transfers spinal accessory to suprascapular and intercostals (3rd, 4th and 6th) to the musculocutaneous nerve.
